Community members are debating speculation that Kerry King and Tom Araya might host a metal radio station in the upcoming title. One player expressed concern that any creative input from the two thrash veterans could restrict the music selection primarily to the 1980s and 1990s. That focus might leave contemporary metal acts and newer subgenres largely absent from the airwaves. Considering the Florida backdrop, the post stresses that regional death metal pioneers and southern bands should have a meaningful presence. Furthermore, references to leaked tracks from popular groups like Metallica and System of a Down have sparked worries about an overly mainstream tracklist. Because these details rely entirely on leaks and user theories, Rockstar Games has not confirmed any radio hosts or song selections. What kinds of metal bands and subgenres would you like to hear on the radio in Leonida?
