This website is operated by a service provider who makes the content available on its servers (processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit a page, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time of access, the address accessed, the amount of data transferred, referrer, browser type and operating system.

The purpose is to provide, stabilize and secure the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in trouble-free operation). Log data is stored only as long as necessary for these purposes and is then deleted or anonymized.

Technically necessary storage: If used, launch-checklist progress is stored in your browser's local storage. For members, the browser also stores session information so sign-in can persist. Legal basis: § 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. The former local advertising choice under “leonida-ad-consent” is removed and no longer used.

Advertising consent is managed through Google's message, not a separate website prompt. Storage and processing requiring consent are based on § 25(1) TDDDG and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. “Cookie settings” reopens Google's privacy options so you can change or withdraw your decision:

We use Google AdSense, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The AdSense script loads on every page so Google can display the European regulations message published in the AdSense account and manage consent. Loading already transmits necessary connection data, such as your IP address, to Google; loading is not consent to personalised advertising.

Consent is managed through Google's certified platform under “Privacy & messaging”. Google processes the selected options and passes the consent signal to participating advertising partners through the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF). Available purposes and providers are listed in Google's message. Advertising and related cookies or identifiers follow that decision and applicable requirements; withdrawal takes effect for the future.

Data may be transferred to the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR are also in place. On some pages we embed videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, address as above) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). A video is only loaded once you actively start it by clicking. Only then is a connection established to Google's servers, transmitting your IP address and device information; for logged-in YouTube users, Google may associate the usage with the account.

Fonts are served from our own server. No connection is established to Google Fonts. Images and videos on this website are delivered via our hosting provider's content delivery network, which technically processes your IP address (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This website links to external offers (e.g., Rockstar Games, retailer shops). When you click these links, you leave our site; the respective provider is then responsible for data processing. Some links are partner/affiliate links: if you make a purchase, we may receive a commission. The partner may set cookies or process identifiers in the link address to attribute the purchase. Such links are labeled as advertising.

We participate in the Amazon partner program (Amazon EU S.à r.l., 38 avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg). Our Amazon links carry our partner tag ("gta6gameplay-21") so a purchase can be attributed to us. Data (including IP address, time, product page) is transferred to Amazon only when you click such a link, and is processed there under the Amazon privacy notice. Product images embedded on our pages are loaded from Amazon servers, which means Amazon receives your IP address. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in funding this free site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you contact us by email, we process your information solely to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once the inquiry has been resolved and no statutory retention periods apply.

Via the contact form on our "Contact" page we process your name, email address, subject, message text, language version and the time of receipt. The sole purpose is answering your enquiry; we do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Messages are stored in Lovable Cloud and deleted once the enquiry is resolved and no statutory retention periods apply; only administrators of this site have access.

To prevent automated abuse, the form checks a field invisible to humans, the time taken before sending, the number of links contained and obviously unlawful content. Rejected submissions are not stored. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in preventing spam and abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You may voluntarily create a free forum account. We process your email address, a securely hashed password (or, for Google sign-in, the identifier and email supplied by Google), your display name, and registration and sign-in timestamps. Google Ireland Limited also processes sign-in data under its own privacy policy when Google sign-in is used. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Your posts are publicly visible with display name and timestamp and may be indexed by search engines. Please do not publish personal data. We process reports, hidden content, suspension status and filter results to prevent spam, fraud and abuse and enforce forum rules (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Automatically held content is reviewed by a human; there is no solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects.

While a member is signed in and active, we update the last-active timestamp at most every two minutes. The protected moderation area derives an “online” status for five minutes; this status is not public. This supports internal forum analytics under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The timestamp is overwritten on the next visit.

You may upload a profile picture voluntarily. It is held in private storage and displayed through short-lived image addresses; upload only your own images without third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Removing it also deletes the stored file.

You can delete your account permanently yourself in the account area (“Delete account”). This deletes the account, email address, display name and profile picture; posts already published remain in anonymised form (“Deleted account”) so discussions stay readable.

You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@dimego.de. We remove posts on request; where no deletion duty applies, we may instead remove their personal link to preserve the discussion. Account data remains until account deletion; public posts until deletion by you, moderation or justified removal. Data is processed in Lovable Cloud.

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with future effect.
