A Caribbean-flavoured island chain modelled on the Florida Keys: turquoise water, souvenir shops, a casual dress code and busy bars — the holiday counterpoint to Vice City.

A company town with old-fashioned values: the “Allied Crystal” sugar refinery provides the jobs, while the local biker gang runs almost everything else.

A failed resort town on the western edge of the map: cheap motels, shuttered attractions and empty malls. The new economy runs on malt liquor, painkillers and gas-station energy drinks.

The biggest city in the series and your base of operations — 2026 instead of 1986: trap houses, influencers and EDM clubs replace funk and beach villas. Glamour, hustle and greed in one city.
