A community member has started a discussion on whether the protagonist trio from Grand Theft Auto V should make an appearance in GTA 6. The author presents what they describe as an unpopular viewpoint, arguing against bringing the three previous leads into the new game. While expressing affection for the trio, the poster is concerned that their presence would unfairly overshadow new protagonists Jason and Lucia in their own story. It is argued that social media and Reddit would become dominated by reactions to the returning trio instead of content showcasing Jason and Lucia or gameplay moments like car chases. According to the post, any inclusion of the previous protagonists should be limited strictly to Easter eggs or references so attention is not drawn away from the new leads. What is your stance on whether past protagonists should appear in GTA 6?
