November.
A report from The Verge initially claimed that Xbox had secured exclusive cloud streaming rights for GTA 6, which could have allowed players to stream the title on PC at release. The report highlighted that Xbox CEO Asha Sharma allegedly told employees during a town hall that the company was planning an initiative around GTA 6 that no other platform holder was offering. However, Xbox Chief Strategy Officer Matthew Ball clarified the situation shortly after on his personal social media accounts. Ball stated that the excitement around the game had caused misreporting and confirmed that GTA 6 will not be streaming to PC or exclusively via cloud at launch. He also reiterated that the team looks forward to the Xbox launch on November 19.
